Peak Performance is a management development workshop designed to provide managers the tools to impact their staff while maintaining the direction of your organization. This program develops a road map to successfully manage individual performance and the performance of others. PP will positively impact bottom-line results.

PP includes nine segments strategically designed to complement the program objective of maximizing performance. The workshop will help make the manager a better performer of their duties and responsibilities as well as lead and coach others. The value of PP is the effective change that will occur as a result of better understanding the way to achieve greater success. We deal with both issues of performance, individual and team.

Meeting: 8:30am - 5:00pm (each day)
Lunch: 12:00pm - 1:00pm
Afternoon Break: 2:30pm - 2:45pm
Tuesday, February 5, 2019 - 6pm - Evening Reception



The meeting will adjourn at 5:00pm on Friday. Since the meeting ends at 5pm on Friday please do not purchase a flight that departs before 7:00pm.
All DOSM are expected to attend Sale Training on Thursday and Friday.
